    WEAR RED FOR VDAY! There will be a coat and bag check, in case you want to shed any layers.

    It’s always a good idea to bring a cozy change of clothes for when you leave the party and don’t want to get your sexy outfit back on.

  • We invite sexy free-spirits, prioritizing POC, queers and creatives. Our crowd is mostly couples, single women, and enbies. We’re proudly queer-affirming, so come as you are. Our space is exclusively for adults age 25+.

  • If still you are skeptical about attending, that's totally understandable! Not everyone is comfortable with socializing and intimacy in the same space. You may want to come and scope out the vibe to decide whether or not it's your thing, and you are free to leave at any time, no questions asked.

  • Five steps with iron handrail up to the front door. Main floor has kitchen, big table with chairs, access to the backyard, and some exhibitionist-style play spaces with couches. Bathroom and 2 bedrooms are located up another full flight of stairs with a wood handrail. Another play space is located down one flight of narrow stairs with a metal handrail.
